Within this thesis the depression network in the brain is investigated, in order to unravel the pathophysiology underlying depression and gain more insights into the possibilities to optimize and personalize rTMS treatments.

Tabitha A. Iseger
Tabitha Iseger graduated from Amsterdam’s Vrije Universiteit in 2013. During her internship at King’s College London, her interest was aroused in psychiatry, pharmacology and imaging, such as MRI and EEG.
After graduating she continued to work with this combination of fields and ended up at the AMC Amsterdam, where she worked in research into the influence of Ritalin, Concerta and antidepressants on brain development. She later joined Research Institute Brainclinics as researcher and PhD candidate, obtaining her degree at Utrecht University in 2019.
